All rules set forth by Hockey Canada, British Columbia Amateur Hockey Association (BCAHA) and Pacific Coast Amateur Hockey Association (PCAHA) shall apply.
Once you have completed your online application, please mail your entry fee and HCR roster to AFHA. Registration for this tournament is not considered complete until we have received your entry fee and HCR roster. If you are accepted into this tournament, the tournament director will contact you.
